From 2007 to 2009, Mark served as President of the Multiple Listing Service and as Director of the National Association of Realtors. During his time as Director of the Hudson Gateway MLS – from 2009 to 2014 – Mark traveled the US as a national real estate speaker and trained over 1,500 real estate professionals to sell their clients’ properties in a challenging and shifting market. Today, Mark serves as the Co-Chair for the OneKey Multiple Listing Service which supports over 40,000 agents and brokers.

After a very successful 17 years in advertising, Livia left New York City in 2004 and moved to Mount Kisco with her husband Simon, and daughter Grace to enjoy a different and more rewarding lifestyle. As the family expanded to include a second daughter, Zoe, and perhaps the family’s most prized possession, Elsie the pup, Livia focused on her most challenging but important job yet, becoming the CEO of her household. As the kids grew, Livia was inspired to rejoin the workforce and put her Cornell University education and considerable buying and selling experience in advertising to good use, in a new field. In her downtime Carolyn enjoys flea market shopping with her daughter, Madison, and playing golf with her son Jack.
